Position: Customer Service

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Customer service at the front desk
  • Answering all incoming calls.
  • Placing customer’s order over the phone.
  • Process returns paperwork.
  • Contact and maintain regular and prospective customers and explain product features.
  • Following leads from existing clients.
  • Handling customers payment and our drivers.
  • Data entry
  • Office admin
Requirement:
  • Minimum 2-year experience as customer service.
  • High school diploma.
  • Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint are mandatory skills.
  • Valid driving license with clean driver’s abstract (Optional)
  • Must know how to use a computer and type efficiently
Compensation:
  • Starts from $18-20/Hour
